This offering has been nurtured by my passions for family yoga and psychological wellbeing of parents and children through tools that foster learning and growth through bonding between family members!
The training is for both men and women, in both traditional and non-traditional relationships, and is adapted to your family needs, budget and circumstances, covering three fundamental topics:
- Relationship with your partner / wellbeing as a single parent
- Psychological and physical wellbeing of your children and as a family as a whole
- Activities and routines to support a positive and mindful family
Training can be delivered through a variety of formats depending on what best suits your needs and schedule:
- Live online video training
- Pre-prepared online video content
- Pre-prepared online audio content
- In person training
All training formats are accompanied with written guidance, in addition to graphical content for visual learners.
